For example, if you’re eager to get in shape this year, don’t just pledge to exercise more. Try planning to walk an extra 1,000 steps each day, which you can easily track on your smart device.

Above all else, don’t give up! The experts have also discovered that the more times we fail, the more likely we are to succeed. Even if you’ve failed the same resolution three years running, just keep trying! This could be your year!
