Upcoming Trainings For Professionals
Regularly scheduled in-house, regional, live and recorded webcasts, from one day introductory programs to three day intensive courses, are held throughout the United States to introduce our products to physicians and skin care practitioners, and to provide intensive skin care science and product knowledge to new and prospective stockists as well as refresher courses for present DermaConcepts aesthetic professionals.
Additional Workshops
All of our trainers hold continuing education workshops throughout the year to update and refresh our customers on the newest products, protocols, procedures and industry developments. In addition to brand education, DermaConcepts offers business building classes on multiple platforms including Instagram Live, that will assist practices to focus on the aspects of the business so often overlooked such as: learning how to sell by offering comprehensive skin analysis, business building strategies and skincare expert tips. These advanced non-branded specific classes, along with brand building segments, are designed to increase sales and motivate providers to increase practice ROI, client retention and satisfaction.
Environ Certification Courses
These courses introduce our philosophy, skin science, retail, peel and professional products, as well as procedures to enhance effectiveness of products.
Certification courses are required to be taken by our stockists every two years and are the most comprehensive Environ brand training available. This certification program will ensure a thorough understanding of treatment products and protocols and offer the opportunity to watch, receive and perform treatments.
The agendas include the entire brand story, ingredient and skin science, retail, peel and professional products, as well as procedures to enhance effectiveness of products. Attendees will be fully equipped to sell Environ effectively and offer the latest, state-of-the-art treatments.
Professional, Cool Peel and DF Technology Certification must be attended in-person, due to the hands-on nature of the treatment training.
Retail Certification is available on-demand, for current partners, through a series of three online in-depth webinars.
